We use what you write here only to answer you. It is not added to a marketing list.

If this is an emergency

This form is not read around the clock and it is not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger, or thinking about harming yourself or someone else, please do one of these instead:

Call your local emergency number — the number used for police, fire and ambulance where you are right now.
Go to your nearest emergency department, or ask someone to take you.
Contact the crisis line for your country. Numbers differ everywhere and we will not guess yours — the emergency operator can connect you.
Stay with someone until you have spoken to a trained person.

Sakeenly does not provide emergency, crisis or acute psychiatric care and is not a substitute for medical treatment.

What happens after you send this

Your message arrives in a shared inbox read by the two people currently running Sakeenly. There is no auto-responder and no ticket number.
We reply in the language you chose, from a person, usually the same working day and always within two working days.
If you are looking for a therapist, we send you a link to the twelve-minute intake and, once it is done, your three matches. Nothing is charged at any point in that sequence.
If we are not the right service for what you need, we say so plainly and point you somewhere better rather than keep you in a funnel.

Confidentiality

What you write here is used to answer you and for nothing else. It is not added to a mailing list, not sold, and not shared with an employer, insurer or anyone outside Sakeenly.

Please keep clinical detail out of this form. It is an ordinary email inbox, not the encrypted session record — once you are matched, notes and messages with your therapist live in a private space only the two of you can see.

The enquiry type only decides who reads it first. Nothing is filtered away, and picking the wrong one costs you nothing.

Finding a therapist

Tell us the language you want to work in and, if you feel like it, one line about what has been going on. We will send the intake link and answer any question about how matching works before you start it. If you would rather ask everything first and decide later, that is completely fine.

Joining as a practitioner

We are building the founding panel now. Tell us your licence and issuing body, the modalities you practise, the languages and dialects you work in, and roughly how many hours a week you can hold. Licence verification happens before anything else — we will not list you until it clears.

Employer plans

Useful things to include: headcount, the countries and timezones your team sits in, the languages they actually speak, and what you have in place today. We quote against seats used rather than seats bought, and we will tell you if your existing provider already covers it.

Something else

Privacy questions, press, a partnership, a correction to something on this site, or a criticism of how we have worded something on a page about mental health. The last of those is genuinely welcome — we would rather fix it than defend it.

A note on where we are. Sakeenly has not launched. There is no waiting list to game and no queue position to protect — if you write to us now, you are talking to the people building it, and we will be straight with you about what does and does not exist yet.
